Small Wins Deserve to Be Noticed
The Town Sage Says...
Some days the visible accomplishment is modest: making a call, finishing a form, or getting a shelf back in order. It is easy to overlook these things when a larger list remains. Noticing progress gives a more complete picture of the day.
At the end of an afternoon, name one thing you completed and one thing you enjoyed. Avoid turning the exercise into another standard to meet. Rest and deciding to ask for help can belong on the list, too. A small win does not have to impress anyone else to matter to you.
Try this: Write down one thing you are glad you did today.
